It's fortunate that its long wheelbase made the 1800cc, V4, V-Max very stable and made it quite easy to do U-turns - for such a large motorcycle.
Fortunate because I had to perform several. Mostly when photographing it, but the most spectacular of them was when I first rode one. Before that I didn't like them. It only took one twist of the throttle for a full 180. Ahhhh ...
